Summer Reading Challenge

Splash into summer with Macquarie Regional Library's Summer Reading Challenge! SRC is a free reading incentive program for ages 0 to 16 years. The program is a fun way to help maintain your child's literacy levels over summer.

How does it work?

Log your reading for the chance to win! There are two ways to take part:

Sign up via Beanstack

1. Register your child for the Summer Reading Challenge on Beanstack
2. Log your reading
3. Earn virtual badges to automatically enter the prize draw

Sign up at your local library

1. Collect a printed reading log from our friendly library staff
2. Log your reading
3. Return your completed reading log to the library to enter the prize draw
4. Repeat!

Visit your local library to register and receive your first Reading Log. Record on your printed Reading Log each time you:

There are 20 prize packs to be won! This includes 10 prizes for participants aged 5 to 16, and 10 prizes for participants aged 0 to 4.
